Associate Test Engineer

General Description: The Associate Test Engineer position is responsible for supporting RF, OTA, and EMC testing at a multi-client electromagnetic laboratory, executing tests, troubleshooting client issues, and providing technical support. The role requires electromagnetic testing knowledge, project management skills, and strong client communication.- Starting compensation is based on experience.

- Must Already be in Lawton, OK or willing to relocate at own costPrimary Responsibilities/Tasks:Develop and execute complex RF, Antenna OTA, and EMC measurements and tests to client statements of work and aerospace/defense standards.  Develop automation scripts (Python, MATLAB) to optimize test time and streamline data collection. Provide active engineering support to clients to assist in troubleshooting failures and analyze data to produce compliance-ready test reports and certificates. Interface regularly with the larger test engineering organization in Torrance, CA to further refine test methodology and measurement techniques. Support the calibration and preventative maintenance schedules for all laboratory assets.
