Role :- Avaya engineerLocation :- Oklahoma(day 1 onsite)Long term contract Job Description:· Should have hands on experience on below technologies/products:· Avaya Aura Communication Manager R6.x or higher.· Avaya Media Gateways - MCC, G650 and G450s.· Call Center Elite with VDN, Vector programming.· Avaya Call Management System· Avaya call recorders.· IX Messaging/ ESNA voicemail system.· System Manager and Session Managers.· Avaya SBC· Vidyo video system.· Cisco TMS video systems.· Site visits for faults finding and project activities.· Willing to extend on-call support on 24x7 basis as and when required.· Should work as single point of contact for onsite UC related tickets, issues or coordination.
