Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing & Collections Specialist in Edmond, Oklahoma. The role is set within the finance industry and will require you to handle customer billings and follow up collections on overdue accounts. Responsibilities: Handle customer billings and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner Follow up on past due collections and maintain a systematic approach to recover owed funds Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain and update customer records Employ ADP - Financial Services for processing customer credit applications Use Computerized Billing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes Manage customer inquiries related to billings and collections, providing clear and concise answers Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action for any discrepancies Use EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software to maintain accurate customer credit records Answer inbound calls related to customer billings and collections Perform various Billing Functions and Accounting Functions as needed.
