The Bosch Production System (BPS) Manager is responsible for the strategic advancing of Lean Concepts and procedures within the Norman facility in practice, adaptation, and cultural integration. Through the implementation of specific strategies, training and advocacy, this role will play a significant piece of bringing the Norman organization to a new culture. This is achieved through both direct and influential leadership.
