Job title: CAD Support Engineer

Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)

Job Description
  • Looking for candidate who has worked in CAD Support Services helping Engineering User groups in CAD software ( AutoCAD & SoildWorks )
  • Experience in Installing, Upgrade, Configuring and troubleshooting issues the Engineering Users face with AutoCAD, Inventor and SoildWorks
  • Managing License servers for CAD applications
  • Work with CAD vendors to raise tickets and resolutions for any issues with the CAD system
  • Experience in reading documentation, work with vendors to install and manage new CAD applications as per Engineering Users & IT requirements
  • Experience in Engineering Data Management in AutoDesk Vault, Solidworks PDM tools and support Users on version management of parts, assemblies
  • Hands on experience working on AutoCAD and SoildWorks
  • Experience in managing IT batch jobs that convert engineering files to pdf and fixing / reporting the issues of the batch job with IT team to resolve
  • Strong Written, Communication and Problem Solving skills
    • Good to have:
  • Oil & Gas experience is an added advantage but not necessary
