Actalent Services is looking to add Construction Material Technicians to join Engineering Firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine field tests in accordance with standards Collect samples and conduct tests on freshly mixed concrete Conduct tests on in-place soils Perform lab tests on soil, concrete, and aggregate Assist survey crews with various surveys Provide engineers with general technical support Review and understand project related drawings and specificationsCommunicate effectively with other team members Adhere to complete tests including data sheets and basic calculations for reporting purposes Qualifications:1+ years of construction materials testing experience Basic to intermediate computer skills with MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook Basic to intermediate math skills The ability to read and understand a test procedure About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
