Summary As a C/Unix Programmer Analyst at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell's industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position. .- Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs
- Analyze, design and write specs and reqs from which we develop and code programs
- Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project the manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team
- Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements and resolve issues that arise
- Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews
- 2 - 4 years of programming experience writing code using C/UNIX, LINUX. SQL (Oracle preferred), and Scripting. Experience in Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, and Teams Outlook).
- 2 -4 years' experience in AWS Cloud, IBM IWS Job Scheduler, Azure, DevOps, Visual Studio Code.
- Knowledge in any of the following Medicaid areas - Claims, Provider, Eligibility and Enrollment, TNSIS, Recipient, and EDI/OXI. The ability to research technical issues.
- Knowledge in Recipient, preferred. Must be able to support on-call, on a rotationbasis,24x7. To do this you must live in the US.
- Verbal communication skills must be acceptable for conversant in English with teams and clients.
