Description We are searching for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The main focus of this role will be to ensure the accuracy and quality of data in our ERP system by entering, updating, and maintaining it. The role also involves generating reports from the ERP system, collaborating with team members, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.This is a 6–7-week TEMP assignment located in Tulsa, OK. The assignment is 100% ON-SITEResponsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into the ERP system in a timely manner Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents Perform regular data quality checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data Assist with data cleanup and maintenance tasks as needed Generate reports from the ERP system as required Maintain confidentiality and security of all data Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across departments Use skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting Utilize strong organizational skills to manage files and perform calculations.Requirements Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is essential for this role Excellent customer service skills are required Demonstrated ability in data entry is necessary Must possess strong email correspondence abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Proficiency in Microsoft Word is necessary Experience in organizing files is a must Ability to perform calculations accurately is a key requirement Scanning skills are needed Typing skills are required for this role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
