Description Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)Location: Central Oklahoma City, OKPay Rate: $16-$17/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No Weekends)Work Environment: 100% OnsiteJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist for a temp-to-hire position in Central Oklahoma City. This role is perfect for candidates with strong data entry experience and a keen eye for accuracy. Prior experience with insurance claims is a plus, as you will be working with sensitive and time-critical data.As a Data Entry Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely input of information while maintaining a high standard of quality and confidentiality.Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into company systems and databases.

Review and verify documents for completeness and correctness.

Maintain detailed and organized records of all entered data.

Process updates and changes to existing records as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.

Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance guidelines for data handling.

Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or call center environment.

Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency with basic computer systems and data management software.

Prior experience with insurance claims is a plus.

Dependable with strong organizational skills and time management abilities.

Must pass a drug test and background check.
