Who knows where our shared journey will take you?We are looking for an Electrical Testing Technician based in our Broken Arrow, OK location.Position Summary:The Electrical Testing Technician will be responsible for the inspecting and testing of generator paralleling switchgear. This will include but not limited to DC, AC, Dielectric (Hipot), primary current injection and system operational testing. The tests listed will be performed in accordance with system specifications listed in the system description, schematics, wiring prints and physical detail drawings.Essential Functions

Maintain a positive attitude.

Communicates optimally with all levels of employees and management.

Confirm the project requirements by reviewing: System Description, Schematics, Wiring Prints and BOM as well as Frontview (Physical Layout)

Participate in the continuous improvement process of the testing process and procedures.

Ability to perform lockout tagout of all test equipment.

Process all test paperwork.

Setup test and safety equipment.

Able to work with engineering and automation department to resolve issues that arise during the testing process.

Up to 5% travel.

AC & DC Testing of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage equipment.

Dielectric (Hipot) Testing

Primary Current Injection Testing

Terminating Interconnects

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Automatic Transfer Switches or Power Control Systems

The pay range for this position is $22-28 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
