Experienced part time handyman for Commercial Property

We are a property management company with Office and Retail Shopping Centers located in Broken Arrow, OK.

We are looking for a highly motivated, and talented Handyman that has over 5 years of hands-on experience in handyman work. We would like for you to have experience in painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.

This job is part time about 10 to 15 hours per week

- You must be able to Perform Work Independently and have a truck.

- Provide your own basic tools (hammer, tapes, paint brushes, screw drivers, and other basic tools).

- Be Dependable.

- Have good work ethic.

- HOURLY PAY negotiable based upon ability and job references

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5 years as an employee for a commercial management company.
