JMC's mission is to support the production, storage, distribution and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as a Facilities Improvement Specialist, GS-1601-09, located at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, which is a subordinate installation of JMC. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes; Provide administrative assistance to project manager. Assist project manager in planning or coordinating large-scale projects; Assist senior specialists with financial analysis; Assist senior specialists with research and data collection for financial advisories; Assist in monitoring fiscal progress throughout the entire project; Assist in developing data required to complete various technical reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-07. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Facilities Operations and Maintenance Facilities Reporting and Record-Keeping Facilities Requirements Analysis and Planning Written Communication Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
