Lawn applicator (Edmond and OKC Metro)

compensation: minimum $36,000 up to $55,000 over 12 months depending on experience

This position requires learning and sticktoitiveness, self-motivation, a positive self-worth, ability to work as a team and by one's self, and communication owners and others. It takes at least 2 years to train all aspects, and 5 years to master. We don't need job hoppers. We need dedicated, career minded individuals that are driven to succeed professionally and personally.

Position to start immediately. Full time. We work with the changing seasons and weather. We have to do 12 months worth of work in about 10.5 months. We do not lay-off in the winter. We find work, do training, fix equipment, read, go to seminars, or something.

Fenix Lawn & Tree is a local family owned, Edmond based fertilizer, weed, insect and disease chemical application company. We also do aerating, seeding, some pruning, and mosquito control. We are not a franchise.

We are looking for a career minded, goal oriented, punctual, detailed, fast paced, customer service focused person.

Must be able to communicate fluently with clients.

Position requires working outdoors in the heat, cold, wind, etc.

Experienced preferred, but willing to train the right person to be able to attain an Okla. Chemical Applicator's License and International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist

High School Degree required. College degree preferred.

We are non smoking, non vaping, non e-cigarettes.

Must be self-motivated.

Must have a valid Okla. Drivers License.

Must provide MVR and have a clean driving record.

Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to traverse uneven ground.

Must be able a pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Learn the proper application of chemical products and customer service skills to manage a turf & tree customer territory.

Pay - Minimum base salary per month is $2000 or more depending on experience, work completion bonuses (usually $500 or more per month, once you've obtained your chemical applicator license), commissions on some sales & leads.

Willing to train the right person.

$100 per month raise once you obtain your chemical applicator certification.

$100 per month raise once you earn a route.

The right person could earn upwards of $50,000 per year.​

This is a producers are rewarded system. The more you generate revenue in production and sales, the more you earn.

Full-time managers may earn the privilege to drive a company vehicle to and from home and a company phone.

Full-time is eligible for medical insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay after 3 months. We provide all materials and training to obtain certification, recurring training, shirts and hats and other necessary Personal Protective Equipment. Full-time Pay is salary Bi-weekly. Avg. Full-time Week is 45 hours, so Overtime paid as well.
