We’re on the hunt for a Guitar Repair & Sales Rockstar who’s as good with people as they are with a fretboard. You’ll be the go-to person for restringing, polishing, and dazzling customers with your know-how, all while working the retail floor with a magnetic smile. Your empathy and energy will make every sale and repair a standout experience. Plus, you keep 100% of your tips—no taxes, all yours!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert guitar restrings and polishes with precision and flair.

Engage customers with warmth and genuine care, listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Drive retail sales with a natural, approachable charm—upsell accessories and services effortlessly.

Keep the shop’s vibe upbeat—greet everyone like they’re the headliner of the day.

Maintain a clean, organized repair station and retail space that screams “rock ‘n’ roll ready.”

Bonus points: Wow us with soldering, truss rod adjustments, fret filings, or pickup replacements—we love a multi-talented star!

Qualifications:

Proven skills in guitar restringing and polishing—your hands know their way around a six-string.

A captivating, friendly presence that draws people in and keeps them coming back.

Empathy that shines through—whether it’s fixing a guitar or chatting up a customer, you get it.

Retail sales experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with the right spark.

Preference for candidates who can solder, adjust truss rods, file frets, or swap pickups—show off those chops!
