Handyman part-time

Elderly/disabled couple need a young man part time. Pay & hours/days is negotiable.

For general labor odd-jobs around property. Some of the work would be;

Cutting a tarp off barn roof

cool-sealing barn roof

digging dirt off Septic tank cover, so we can have a pump truck come empty tank.

loading remodel debris onto trailer for dump runs

touch-up painting of cornice replaced on house

painting parts or all of house

small roof repair (shingle replace here n there, also sealing a valley

moving furniture, etc

repairs on stuff inside home

No skills required, but willing to work goes a long way. General contractor for 35yrs and can direct you in how to do everything needed done. Nothing very hard work, or complicated.75yr old & handicapped/disabled, so can't physically do the work any more.
