HR Generalist

Description We are opening a position for an HR Generalist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is part of our human resources team and will be focused on a range of HR functions, including benefits, hiring processes, HRIS systems, and recruitment. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Utilize HRIS systems, specifically UltiPro HRIS, to maintain and manage employee data. Conduct hiring processes efficiently, from job posting to candidate selection. Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Handle human resources administration tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee benefit functions, ensuring that employee benefits are administered properly and effectively. Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for data management, reporting, and communication. Carry out recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Manage and resolve HR-related inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration Familiarity with Benefit Functions within a corporate setting In-depth understanding of Hiring Processes Experience with HRIS System, preferably UltiPro HRIS Ability to manage and improve Onboarding processes for new hires Proven track record in Recruiting suitable candidates for various roles Experience in handling sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
