Inserter Operator Position - 1st Shift

Globe Life is seeking a full time Inserter Operator for the Lettershop Department at our Oklahoma City production facility.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 6:00am - 2:00pm - 1st Shift
  • Overtime as needed

Primary duties & responsibilities consist of:

  • Operate mail inserter machine.
  • Determine correct material & sequence to be inserted.
  • Record daily starting & ending postage.
  • Correct operational problems, as necessary.
  • Maintain quality standards & production quotas set forth by management.
  • Perform routine maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Required Skills:

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Must be able to meet minimum quotas set by management.
  • Quick hand/eye coordination.
  • Quality control awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Regular & predictable attendance required.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
  • Ability to work Full-Time and/or part-time based on the specific position for which you are applying

Required Experience:

Education & Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Production or Warehouse experience helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel for prolong periods of time.
  • Production facility environment.
  • Fast-paced atmosphere.
