This is a part time job to finish punch list of interior office remodel.

Must provide resume and proof of experience. To many people want the work but dont have the skill.

Duties include :. Door adjusting, door knob and door hardware install, door casing and trim, caulking, door and trim paint, ladder work up 10 feet high to instal suspended ceiling tile and insulation, instal ceiling supply and return HVAC grills in suspensed ceiling tbar, instal ADA bathroom accessories on tile walls,

Instal exhaust fan on exterior of building, instal wall to ceiling trim in bathrooms,

Clean and polish existing concrete floors, seal concrete floors, instal rubber base.
