Position: Kronos admin Location: Oklahoma City,Duration: 12+ months Skill Category Levels: HCM – Product, Kronos Experience: At-least 6+ years as Kronos Admin Someone to supplement INTEGRIS skills in the Pay Policies side of things, Integration Manager as well as getting information out of the database (SQL skills) and Integrations (WIM) would be great. Must have skills: · Minimum 6+ years’ experience supporting and configuring Workforce Central · Complete understanding of Pay Policies and Configuration technics · Experience configuring Pay Codes, Work Rules, Pay Code Distributions · Experience supporting WFC Profiles and Navigator configuration · Intermediate skills using Oracle SQL Developer · Experience Managing and Supporting WIM Interfaces · Must have worked on Kronos 8.0 or higher versions. · Candidate needs to possess excellent communication & experience working with Business users · Should have knowledge on installing Kronos on Servers from scratch and troubleshoot issues related to it Nice to have Skills · Implementing Advanced Scheduler in Healthcare · Experience configuring and managing Advanced Schedules · WFC Navigator configuration skills · Experience Administering the application including printing, workflows, Function Access Profiles, Hyperfinds · System configuration troubleshooting · Advanced Oracle SQL skills · Windows Server 2012 or 2016 Experience · Window Internet Information Services (IIS) skills · Technical documentation · Training (instructor) experience · Knowledge on Kronos Dimension
