RETAIL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:Our Retail Service team is looking for a Part Time Representative to work an average of 30 hours per week to drive Mattel’s business at our key accounts.  We are looking for team members who are passionate about merchandising, enjoy interacting with customers & store management and feel a sense of pride making a difference in our overall sales.  If you are looking for additional hours to support your current job or returning to the workforce and want a part-time job to supplement income and still have time for family, this very flexible job could be just what you are looking for. Your Impact:Develop strong, ongoing partnerships with Store ManagementMerchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products on shelfSet Account Planned ProgramsSell product to Walmart Store Management to improve the aisle in-stocks and increase out of aisle unplanned spaceNegotiate with Store Management for unplanned space throughout the store; Front of Store, Seasonal Department, Grocery, Infants Depts.Lead, train and work with local market Associate representatives year-roundCoordinate and conduct In-store Events and in-store demonstrationsImplement Point of Purchase materials and execute projectsAccurately provide key survey data on each accountBrand ambassador of Mattel/FP Brands and products.Be the “eyes” in the store and report Business Insights back to the leadership teamParticipate in meetings and ongoing trainingComplete assignments in Emerging Channel Accounts; Kohl’s, Macy’s, etc. Leadership Skills & Personal Attributes Required:Strong communication and negotiation skillsTech savvy (Microsoft office, familiar with iOS/iPad)Detail orientedSense of urgencyResourceful decision-makerCompetitive spirit & self motivatorAccountableRegular & reliable attendance Education Required:High School Graduate or GED equivalent, some college preferred
