Overview:
Performs specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by a radiologist. Also provides the patient care essential to these procedures. Applies principles of MR safety. Assist with Lead duties also includes scheduling, super user, or expert problem solver for internal and external issues, trains, and orients new co-workers, assists with performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Education: Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program. Experience: 3+ years hospital-based MRI experienceCertifications: Must have advanced A.R.R.T. registry in MRI.
Other: Assist with other duties of scheduling, acts as expert/problem-solver for internal/external issues, trains and orients new co-workers, assists with performance evaluations.
