- Lease vacant rental houses

-A professional, polite and helpful approach in all dealings with tenants.

-Application processing.

-Maintain a clean and safe workspace, abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

-Submit maintenance requests from tenants and follow up.

-Manage expenses and reports.

Additional requirements for this position include:

-Valid Driver's License and cell phone.
