iSphere is seeking an OCM Consultant in Houston or the Tulsa Area for a very compelling 12+ month opportunity! In this onsite role, the consultant will
  • Identify and manage their stakeholders.
  • Document change and change process.
  • Create various forms of training materials. Identify and create relevant communications for appropriate audiences.
  • Collaborate across workstreams to challenge where training is needed and suggest level and mode of training.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years Prior large project change and communications management
  • Background with SharePoint as a business tool is required.
  • 3-5 years Training planning, materials creation and delivery
  • Strong communication skills
