Develop and implement SOPs for sample production processesMaintain production data for samples in the system.Use production report to maintain adequate stock levels of samples. Manage storage of materials needed for sample production.Monitor and manage inventory of materials needed for sample production.Procure materials needed for sample production.Ensure inventory accuracy for items and locations.Maintain cutting/finishing equipment used in sample production. Assigns production tasks to team members based on production needs and individual abilities.Teach, coach and train employees to achieve optimal output and/or workflow.Oversee Quality Control of samples produced including but not limited to; smooth and crisp cut edges, proper placement of backing cards and labels, proper labels used for corresponding product, clean/neat, finished product.Fill in for Production Assemblers and Leads as needed and for training purposes.Manually lift, move, sort, carry, or place materials in and out or crates, pallets, or other storage solutionsInspect, use, and maintain industrial equipment in good working order.    Enforce company policies and guidelines.Interview, hire, and train employees.Maintain records for employee attendance and provides required training to all employees.Use wireless Radio Frequency (RF) device or desktop computer to perform all necessary functions.
