Production Worker

Job Title: Food Production WorkerJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Production Worker in a dynamic food production facility focused on creating healthy power bars. Initially, you will handle general warehouse duties such as managing inventory via iPad, loading and unloading goods, and preparing boxes for shipment. Based on your performance and experience, you have the opportunity to advance into the production room where power bars are crafted. In the production room, your responsibilities will expand to operating production machines, mixing ingredients, and sanitizing machinery. Adherence to food safety protocols is essential to ensure the quality of our products. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow, as there is significant long-term growth potential and the chance to be cross-trained in multiple facets of our operations.Hard Skills
