The receptionist answers incoming calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.  The receptionist sets the tone for the dealership by being professional and promptly assisting customers. Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PMEssential Duties:Greet all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.Answer and route incoming phone calls from a multi-line telephone.Welcome and direct guests appropriately on the phone and in person.Perform a variety of clerical duties and assist with projects as needed.Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
