Roof Sales Representative

Blair Roofing is a locally owned company located in Piedmont, OK.

We are currently looking for individuals who enjoy working flexible hours and are self-motivated. This is primarily an outside sales job, and individuals with a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people will succeed in is this industry if they are willing to put in the time. There is no requirement for prior industry experience as you will receive hands on training from our owner.

Experienced sales representatives will be paid one of the highest, if not the highest commissions in the industry. The job is technically full-time based on the hrs. expected, but you set your own hrs.

We currently have'nt used sales reps and are looking for 3 motivated sales reps to help us build our company. Experience in the roofing industry is not required. We have 2 former insurance adjusters on staff to handle estimates and supplements.

Job Types: Commission based

Standard income: $100,000.00+

We offer possibly the highest commission based pay scale in the industry paying up to 70% of net profit on roofs that are 50+ squares for self-generated jobs. There is nothing hidden on the pay scale. It's the Contract price of the roof minus materials, labor and permit.
