Senior Systems Engineer

Develop automated testing and deployment to support development teamsProvide troubleshooting and testing of systems and make recommendations for upgrades and enhancements as necessaryMonitor system usage and service / availability levels; develop and maintain measurement reporting; track related costs based on both internal and external usageEvaluate new products; make recommendations accordinglyAssist in the definition of server related policies and standards and ensure security and disaster recovery requirements are met in order to maintain defined service levelsMaintain awareness of departmental budget goals and of project status, identifying conflicts and proactively communicating them to the appropriate individuals / department(s)Assist with the development, maintenance and testing of Teleflora Disaster Recovery procedures and controls to ensure integrity of the systems and to minimize downtime
