Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Test Program Manager – Mobility & Surveillance to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading programs in the Mobility & Surveillance portfolio for Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) initially focusing on the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) and Executive Transportation Services and Support (ETS&S) program portfolio.Position Responsibilities Include:
Act as the single program focal for BT&E to provide the primary link between program management, stakeholders, and BT&E value streams and capabilities to support test proposal development and test program execution
Engage throughout the product life cycle ensuring both BT&E and program test strategies and objectives are effectively deployed
Develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with Executive Level & Senior Managers in program management, BT&E, and military partners and stakeholders
Lead Lab and Flight test approach strategies, providing technical expertise to integrate laboratory tests, on aircraft ground tests and flight tests for multiple Mobility & Surveillance test programs
Partner in developing and executing integrated program plans that achieve established program goals while complying with processes, procedures, and priorities
Manage test program work statement, commitments, and performance to plan including cost and schedule
Establish and manage change to a defined test program baseline
Use program management best practices to plan, execute, and manage the test program including RIO and change management
Foster a team culture of First Time Quality and a “Go 4 Zero” attitude towards Safety while supporting the Boeing Life Saving Rules
Achieve a high level of satisfaction with BDS and BGS business partners and US Government and international customers, to retain a “Preferred Supplier” status, while supporting opportunities to win new business
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience with engineering leadership
1+ years of Military Flight Test experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
Engineering lab operations experience
Experience with on-aircraft ground tests and flight tests
