Complete scheduled monthly checks through the buildingChange filters as neededCheck sprinkler heads during spring and summer to ensure they are working properlyMake general maintenance repairs to the building, including painting, moving furniture and building out work spacesCoordinate, perform or assist in repairs involving basic electrical, mechanical and plumbingInspect the facility regularly to identify issues and necessary repairsSupervise and manage maintenance team and assigning tasksDevelop and maintain maintenance schedules for the facilities and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely mannerManage budgets, including purchasing supplies and equipment for repairs and renovationsEnsure all equipment is regularly maintained and operates efficientlyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsWork onsite Monday-Friday, 8a-5pm, with on call hours and occasional nights/weekendsContract and oversee outside vendors for large-scale maintenance and repairsAdditional duties as required
