Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team in Shawnee, OK, during the busy tax season. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing individual and/or small business tax returns and possess a strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.This position is 100% ON-SITEResponsibilities:
Prepare accurate federal and state individual tax returns using tax preparation software.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Assist clients by answering tax-related questions and addressing concerns.
Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation, provided by clients.
Identify deductions, credits, and opportunities to minimize tax liability.
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and manage workloads.
Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and procedures.
Requirements
