The Technical Support Engineer's role is to provide high level support for all computer-based operations so that our client's end users can accomplish organizational goals more efficiently. This is a hybrid role. Candidate can work from home and report to sites as needed, primarily in Idabel and Broken Bow, Oklahoma, with some time required in Hugo, Oklahloma.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain Health applications and application database.
- Maintain users, groups and security permissions for the Health Domain
- Maintain knowledge bases and FAQ resources pertaining to Health applications to aid in problem resolution.
- Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment.
- Provide support to Service Desk personnel to help them serve the End-User community more proficiently.
- Evaluate End-User system interactions and assist in developing ways improve workflows.
- Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all Health applications and support processes.
- Support Mobile App users
- Other duties as may be assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent working experience
- Experience in Windows OS 7 & above.
- Experience with Active Directory Users & Computers.
- Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
- Excellent customer service skillset
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to create and document standard operating procedures and policies.
- 4 years related work experience
