The Technical Support Engineer's role is to provide high level support for all computer-based operations so that our client's end users can accomplish organizational goals more efficiently. This is a hybrid role. Candidate can work from home and report to sites as needed, primarily in Idabel and Broken Bow, Oklahoma, with some time required in Hugo, Oklahloma.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain Health applications and application database.
  • Maintain users, groups and security permissions for the Health Domain
  • Maintain knowledge bases and FAQ resources pertaining to Health applications to aid in problem resolution.
  • Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment.
  • Provide support to Service Desk personnel to help them serve the End-User community more proficiently.
  • Evaluate End-User system interactions and assist in developing ways improve workflows.
  • Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all Health applications and support processes.
  • Support Mobile App users
  • Other duties as may be assigned by management.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in Windows OS 7 & above.
  • Experience with Active Directory Users & Computers.
  • Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
  • Excellent customer service skillset
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to create and document standard operating procedures and policies.
  • 4 years related work experience
