Job Title: Header WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced TIG Header Welder to perform high-precision welding tasks on various metal components and headers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIG welding, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on headers and other components with precision and accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Set up and adjust welding equipment to achieve optimal results.
Inspect welds for consistency and quality, making adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a TIG welder, with specific experience in welding headers.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to perform precise welding tasks and achieve high-quality results.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Relevant certifications or training in TIG welding is preferred.
