Position: Tree Climber

Position: Groundsman

Job Responsibilities

As a Groundsman, your primary duties will include:

- Assisting arborists in tree care operations.

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the job site.

- Handling and maintaining tools and equipment.

- Assisting with the removal of debris and wood from the work site.

- Operating machinery such as stump-grinders, and skid-steers safely and efficiently.

- Supporting the team in ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements

To be considered for the Groundsman / Climber position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in tree work is required.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety practices in tree work

- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus.

- Transportation: Be able to provide your own transportation to and from the job site

- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours
