Trim Carpenter Lead man

Looking for a Lead man for trim crew.

Experience in leadership on the job is a must

You will be a productive job manager completing your responsibilities while governing the work of others for quality, and workmanship.

Communicating with Builders, Owners and other managers

Good people skills is a must.

Start out as worker and once proven, go up from there.

Be willing to use company equipment, trailers , and eventually company truck and assuming the responsibility of all equipment.

Fuel card will be provided when using trailer.

normal working hours are 7 to 4 some saturdays may be needed to meet demand
