Position: Armed & Unarmed Security Guards (On-Call)
Pay: $15/hr
Shifts: Overnight | Emergency Pop-Ups | On-Call Assignments
About the Role:
ESPI is looking for reliable, professional security officers (armed and unarmed) to cover on-call, emergency, and overnight guard posts for national accounts. These jobs come in fast—sometimes same-day—and require flexibility, professionalism, and readiness to respond.
You’ll be protecting a wide variety of client sites, including commercial buildings, retail locations, and construction zones.
What to Expect:
Last-minute/emergency construction sites watch
Overnight shifts (primarily)
Static post or patrol depending on site
Locations may vary across the city and surrounding areas
Requirements:
CLEET Security License (Unarmed or Level 4 Armed)
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation
Ability to be on-call and respond quickly
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication skills
Must have cell phone for contact
Pay:
$15/hr (flat rate for unarmed)
