We perform research and care to support every patient, from premature babies to older adults, facing changes in life due to the onset of disabling conditions. With more than 100 years of practice, we understand how to best meet the needs of our patients and their families in Oregon and beyond.This position is under the administration of the Director of the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center and the supervision of the Discipline Director of Speech-Language Pathology. The duties of this position are in support of the missions, goals, and objectives of the OHSU and the CDRC and include: Provision of Speech-Language Pathology diagnostic evaluation, treatment and consultative services for patients in Doernbecher Children¿s Hospital. Clinical skills and experience in evaluation and management of one or more of the following areas: pediatric feeding and swallowing, language disorders, speech sound disorders, speech-motor disorders, craniofacial disorders, and/or autism. Availability to work on-call hours. Provide training and supervision to interdisciplinary students as appropriate. Integrate research opportunities with training and clinical responsibilities. Duties may vary and are determined by the Discipline Director to meet objectives. This position is an on call Instructor/Speech-Language Pathologist. Employee will only be working on an as needed basis in an hourly position. Employee will clock in/out via the Kronos system because the hours will be sporadic.
Master’s degree from an accredited University program in Speech-Language Pathology.
CCC in speech-language pathology and eligible for Oregon State license.
