AEM Front End developer and is located in Portland, OR. Our client is a leading manufacturing company.Please review the job description below: Top Skills: Adobe AEM Guru Key Responsibilities:- Develop, tests, deploys, and optimizes our eCommerce platform under limited to little supervision.
- Provide mentorship with more junior developers. Collaborate with fellow developers to understand, adapt, and execute project goals with business stakeholders.
- Develop client-side JavaScript to meet the needs of our customers.
- Implement complex CSS classes to style our front end code to meet our Style guides for each brand.
- Builds reusable code and libraries with little or no guidance to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Optimize our websites for speed, usability, and reliability to meet our current and future needs of our customers.
- Bachelors in computer science or related degree preferred
- Certified AEM developer is preferred
- Typically requires 5-8 years of professional experience and strong competency with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job.
- 5+ years experience with total professional software development
- 4+ years of experience with CSS pre-processing tools
- Experience working with JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, Ember or React for building single-page applications
- 4+ years of experience writing unit tests utilizing Mocha, Chai, Sinon or other testing libraries
- Experience with responsive web design
