Job Description

Entry Level position ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Air Import department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Smooth and timely freight process flow.
  • Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
  • Track and trace Air Import files as required.
  • Daily monitoring of in-transit delays & update of the appropriate event codes.
  • Timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.
  • Ensure documents are timely sent to outside brokers for customs purposes.
  • Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.
  • Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

  • Driven towards positive results through effective interpersonal skills, including abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely
  • Proficient computer skills (including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook)
  • Fluent in English
