In this position, you will be involved in a structured Associate Engineer Training Program. This is a fast-tracktraining program that challenges you to develop the expertise needed to solve difficult technicalproblems.Associate Engineers are members of a team of highly motivated individuals working with customersdesigning the most complex hardware and software systems in the world and whose applications span theelectronics industry. This training program will give you unique insight into our technical marketing, productsupport, and sales organizations. Upon successful completion of this12-month training program, you will beeligible to advance into one of these organizations. Post program opportunities include Field ApplicationEngineer, Corporate Applications Engineer and Technical Marketing Engineer positions.Associate positions require excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; self-motivated and results orientedwith strong problem solving skills. Some travel may be required. Applicants must be willing and able torelocate anywhere within the USA upon completion of training.This position requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.Target start date Spring or Summer 2022.Requirements:This position is open to new Graduates who have a bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Knowledge of SPICE or IBIS modeling languages is required.

Knowledge of the PCB design process from schematic capture to layout is also required.

Knowledge and experience with signal integrity or power integrity analysis tools is highly desirable: HyperLynx SI/PI, Agilent ADS, ICX, Ansoft, Sigrity and SiSoft.
