Exciting work you will do: Immediate opening for Lean Business Process Management Consultant to join our growing managed service team serving a top global client in Oregon. This is an excellent career opportunity in long term consulting with possibility to convert to full time employment - Hybrid on-site / remote model with top rate and benefit package
- Business Process Mapping and facilitate cross-functional workshops to document current state processes and then help determine future state processes (using best practices, simplification, technology, governance, consistent standards)
- May lead a Kaizen event and create a Playbook of processes and flows
- Partner with an internal Transition Manager to socialize and train people on the new processes
What you will need: - Experienced BP Manager, preferably someone that understands LEAN concepts (Kaizen events, manufacturing), facilitation.
- Experienced in Biz process mapping using Visio
- Consulting experience working cross-functionally, able to work with leadership teams and other programs, etc.
