Cannabis Cultivation

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our cultivation team. We are a mixed tier 2 recreational cannabis farm located in Medford. The ideal candidate will have basic to moderate knowledge of cannabis cultivation, be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow directions effectively. Strong communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team are essential. The candidate MUST be able to obtain and OLCC workers permit.
