Partner Governance Connected Marketplace, CMP Governance Analyst

DESCRIPTIONGlobal Partner Governance Team is committed to serve our Geographies by providing the guidance, strategy & tools needed to manage their marketplace and protect Client, our Partners, and our Consumers.One of Strategic Initiatives the team is driving in partnership with our Technology Teams is development and implementation of Customer Management Platform - ultimate source of truth for creation, authoring and distribution of Customer and Store Data.A successful platform implementation will streamline business processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enable harmonized and consistent data to be leveraged by our business users. This role supports all the activities focused on onboarding Customer and Store data into a new Customer Management platform including data migration, harmonization, improved data quality and implementation of clearly defined data policies and governance processes.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Data reporting and analytics:
  • Develop a tableau reporting solution for data quality dashboard
  • Interview business stakeholders to identify critical reporting needs
  • Communicate to Technology teams business requirements for necessary reporting capabilities within the CMP

Data Migration:
  • Pre- load and post load CMP data validation for QA and Prod environments
  • Data conversion and cleanup activities in partnership with tech and business partners
  • Data changes exceptions management during the black out periods
Training and Job Aids: – ongoing
  • Support Users Acceptance Trainings by providing relevant materials and test cases
  • Partner with Transition manager to create job aids to be leveraged in CMP Training toolkit
  • Update job aids relevant for every geo where CMP will be implemented
  • Support CMP users trainings and training rollout

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
  • Reporting directly into the Global Partner Governance Director with direct support to the Customer Management Platform Business manager
  • Active collaboration with Technical product Managers and Tech developers
  • Working with cross functional teams across Marketplace Partners, Client Direct, SEC, both at a Geo and Global level, as well as Technology, CDD and analytics teams

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong Data analytic technical and operational experience (SQL, Tableau)
  • Complex program/process experience
  • Familiarity with account management and commercial experience
  • Meaningful experience with policies and data governance
  • Ability to lead cross functional work streams and business development projects
  • Digital / retail affinity
