This role would focus on the Pacific Northwest market which includes operating in a hybrid position from the Wilsonville office as well as supporting clients in Washington and Northern Idaho (we'd expect overnight travel to be around a week a month or so)

Whether the solution involves a stand alone machine, multi-process equipment, or an integrated manufacturing system with robotic automation, our goal remains the same; to optimize throughput and quality at the lowest per-part manufacturing cost.

In brief, this role will provide you the opportunity to showcase your ability to consult with our myriad clients in the Pacific Northwest markets and help guide them to take their products from raw stock to a finished good in the most efficient and accurate manner while meeting the aforementioned goals

Coordinate various manufacturing supportive services for internal and external customers.

Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

• Creating Process Cycle Time Estimates• Provide Training Classes and Support on-site and at the customer• Support the Sales Team During Throughout Sales Process• Manage Customer Relationships• Provide Machine Demonstrations at ET and for Trade Shows• Assist In Fixture/Tooling Design• Complete Turnkey System Execution Including Documentation• Manage Turnkey System Projects• Document Activities

Accountable for Customer Satisfaction. Prepare reports for management and project requirements. Maintain proper records of customer issues and requests for support. Interface and assist parts, service, applications, and sales department as needed with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. Participate with enthusiasm on other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for that rare candidate that is truly energized by learning and innovating, with the ultimate aim of helping our clients make their parts better and more efficiently.

You'll have experience with process cycle times, process capabilities and of course a strong understanding of controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Mitsubishi and/or similar. What's more, you'll have created myriad parts with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT or similar.

This role will require a strong understanding of millturns / lathes with live tooling.
