- 10 to 12+ years of working experience in implementing / supporting Coupa Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Spend Analysis, Contract Management etc.
- Must have done at least two full lifecycle Coupa implementations.

- Liaise with business users/ client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements.
- Owns the overall design of Coupa template for supplier relationship management, sourcing and procurement processes to meet customer requirements
- Guides the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
- Leads sourcing and procurement process and technical design, build, testing and training. Documents all external interface requirements.
- Supports Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs) , Field Mapping Documents (FMDs) , Technical Designs (TDs)
- Defines Sourcing data requirements, test scenarios/ cases and associated to data requirements
- Reporting issues / bugs to Coupa and tracking their resolution.
- Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers.
- Drive conference room pilots and proof of concepts for customer engagement/Pre-Sales.
- Carrying out Development/ upgrade/ support tasks as assigned
