Exciting work you will do:
  • We have access to data sources (e.g., Draup and Linkedin Talent Insights, learner behavior/search data) that contain a lot of information about our employees' skills and what learning they want/need. The candidate will start going through available data to surface trends, insights and opportunities. This person would be looking across 2-3 different data platforms and able to take large amounts of data and pull them together into easy to understand charts, graphs and overviews. The output of this role will guide decisions and actions taken on how we build learning content and where we focus for the greatest need of our employees and the business.

What you will need:
  • Able to work typical business hours (40 hour schedule), Pacific time zone preferred.
  • History with data analysis and demonstrable data processing skills.
