Description Are you organized, dependable, have a great attention to detail and capable of speedy and accurate data entry? If so, then you could thrive in this role. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases, among other accounting and finance support functions. Located in Salem, Oregon, this Data Entry Clerk role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity.Your responsibilities in this role
Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies
Supporting the company in data entry and other administrative tasks
Requirements
Data entry experience
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
