- Shipping/receiving of items coming into and out of the lab.
- Functional testing of new technologies (following specific test procedures for tool verification
- prior to shipment).
- Windows Server builds, Configuring platforms, memory configuration, processor changes,
- firmware upgrades and troubleshooting
- Verification of both software and hardware tools
- Regression testing for software releases
- Assistance at client driven customer events (providing power supplies, cables, movement of equipment to and from shipping docks, creating documentation for tracking inter-building
- transfers for shipments, etc.).
- General lab support including networking, tracking of preproduction hardware,disposition/recycling of older hardware, water falling equipment, etc
- Provide real time list of hardware availability and status (High value parts- CPU/PCH/DIMMs,systems - in storage or being actively worked on, etc.
