Job Description

The role will coordinate the simultaneous execution of multiple projects across a number of teams and systems.This includes managing a deep backlog, assisting with story writing and sub-tasking, leading sprint ceremonies, and the general “shepherding” of work across several teams. This role will also help us improve how we work, including:

·Helping us develop and apply a prioritization model to incoming and existing requests

·Evaluating our story tagging strategy

·Supporting quarterly planning and prioritization

·Assisting with the development and tracking of success metrics

·Coordinating and compiling measurements that illustrate the value of work accomplished

·In addition, this role will assist with communication to leadership and partners, including the coordination of demos, and regular email updates.

Qualifications

·3+ years experience managing projects with a digital focus and containing technical and business related components.

·1+ year(s) experience managing work in Jira (including Epics, Stories, and Sub-Tasks)

·1+ year(s) leading a team through Agile ceremonies (including Triage, Grooming, and Sprint Planning)

·1+ year(s) experience working in Confluence

·Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management principles.

·Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams.

·Demonstrated experience in continuous process improvement efforts.

·Successful work performance demonstrating an ability to work well with others, use productive work methods, exercise sound judgment and display initiative and innovation on the job.

·Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations.

·Challenges the status quo, champions change and influences others to change.

·Comfortable managing work across multiple teams and communicating with various levels of leadership

·Experience working with taxonomy or information architecture projects
