We’re looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead a team of talented individuals committed to providing customer value. Customer Success is a vital team at Procore, instrumental to long-term growth and profitability, and encompasses customer onboarding, adoption, advocacy, retention, renewals, and up-sell. In this role, you’ll focus on evolving our current processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds while leading a team by Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.This position reports to the VP of Global Customer Success, and can be based in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, New York, NY offices or work remotely from a US location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Drive customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey by helping them to maximize the value of their Procore platform, so they renew and expand their use of our productsBuild and nurture C-level relationships across our top accountsGuide a diverse team of high-performing customer success professionals, providing them with the best experience and career development opportunitiesLead by example in ensuring that Procore remains one of the best places to work in the tech industryIdentify, share, and borrow best practices and improvements regarding how Procore drives customer value

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leaders, including sales, pre-sales, product, PS, and support, to ensure a seamless experience for customers and our teamTravel is required up to 30%What we’re looking for:8+ years of experience scaling and developing customer-facing organizations, including managing large teams and “manager of managers” responsibilitiesExperience forecasting and executing renewals and expansions targetsEnthusiastic and creative team leader with the ability to inspire others, and a track record of high employee engagementAbility to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building; experience building rapport with cross-functional executive stakeholdersPre and post-sales experience is essentialExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience successfully building, supporting, and leading diverse teams
